The Crysis 3 Open beta went live this morning for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC. The demo is multiplayer, and features 2 different game modes - Hunter and Crash Site.
Hunter is an infection-type mode where one player starts as a Nanosuit Operative, and they have to use their compound bow to take out the members of the enemy team. Each time an enemy is killed, they join the opposite side, and become a hunter. Once the team has been wiped out, the game is over.
Crash Site is a territory-type mode, where opposing teams must hold key, strategic locations that are marked in the form of drop pods (or crash sites). The team(s) must hold these locations to generate points, and the team with the most points at the end of the round wins.
Crysis 3 comes out on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC on the 19th February in America, and the 22nd in Europe.
